- one free consultation (30 minutes)
- Complete wellness plan outlining 4 months of supplement and nutritional recommendations
- 30-minute check-ins on weeks 2,4,8,12 and 16.
Fertility
$225
Customized 3-4 month plan designed specifically to address your symptoms and provide individualized fertility support. Package includes one free consultation (30 minutes), a complete wellness plan outlining three months of supplement and nutritional recommendations, and three, 45-minute check-ins.
Pregnancy
Price varies depending on needs.
Wide variety of services offered depending on client needs. Can include comprehensive doula care including 2 prenatal visits covering childbirth education, birth plan counseling, breastfeeding education, and various pain management techniques including massage, aromatherapy and visualization. Package can include on-call support 2-weeks prior to due date and can provide constant labor support until the birth of your baby. Package can include 1 postpartum visit to help establish breastfeeding and infant care.
